• The first step is to set up a consultation time with me,

• l pop by to see the scope of work and get a sense of your needs, and then we go from there.

• Offering design services by the hour fee gives you the client flexibility to use my services as much or as little as you please, rather than a typical Designer fee, which is predicted by the overall project total and commission.

• For the most part, clients like to use my time to suggest design items and put them together in a visual proposal, along with links and my trade discounts. The project can take anywhere from 4 to 6 hours (depending on the scope of work). From there, you, the homeowner, can arrange return visits with me to help with floor plans, item placement, and furniture installation, as examples.
