Happy days in the dairy aisle

My visit home last summer to the UK was full of endless adventures, sandy beaches and road side stops to pet horses.... But the one thing that sticks out to this day was discovering Lactose free Double Cream *Sigh* My birthdays came all at once in that pinball moment, with my littles waving the joyous flag not far behind!

I even devised a cockamamie plan (whilst at the local pub drinking one too many glasses of wine with  my best friend) to return back to the states and produce a whole new line of cow's milk free/lactose free dairy produces.

True, goat (which typically digests easier than cows milk products and a great option for people with allergies like myself and the kiddos) soy and coconut milk is securely on the map but not the most interesting of choices - and alas no lactose free options in sight other than Lactose free milk.

So you can imagine my pure delight stumbling over these choice beauties this morning at the shops.

Once more.... What is to come?!
